Pretzels

This last week has been a quiet one with everyone touring around Europe. So quiet in fact that I completely forgot about Tom and my 3 year anniversary. This was partly because that morning Tom and I had applied for an apartment (which we got) and I was completely distracted for the rest of the day thinking about it. Lucky for me I also became very proactive on the cooking front. Which resulted in me making an curry dinner and pretzels at once. oh my!

It took most of the batch for me to figure out the best way to time the boiling. Too much time made them wilt on tough. Not very nice.

All boiled and baked. Not bad though I think I might have to play with it more. 

Some pylons for good measure.  I just noticed now that they're both next to painted brick walls.

And a really nice sunset we saw on a big walk home the night that I found out I got my job. Yay!
