Happy Choux Year

Well I made it through 2009. Mom, Chuck and I had a quiet night in with a fire in the fireplace to bring in the new year.

Here are my last few pictures from 2009.
On Wednesday Chuck ventured in to the world of pastry.

As you can see there was some technique improvement along the way.

In the end they turned out really well. Nice and puffy.

I'll have to give these a try with chocolate and cream.
